Kiran’s path into massage therapy began after a car accident, where she experienced the impact of hands-on care during recovery. This sparked a deep interest in the human body and the biopsychosocial factors that shape each person’s experience of pain and healing. She believes care begins with compassionate presence, meeting people where they are.
She completed her RMT training with academic distinction, graduating as valedictorian in 2019, and later returned to teach at the college. This teaching background informs her clinical approach, helping patients understand what she is assessing, why certain techniques are selected, and how their bodies may be responding.
Kiran integrates Craniosacral Therapy with fascial, instrument assisted and soft-tissue techniques, offering a grounded and attuned approach that supports tension patterns, TMJ and jaw discomfort, headaches, stress-related strain, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and pediatric soft-tissue needs. She draws from a range of tools to tailor each session to the individual’s goals, comfort, and the patterns their system presents that day.
Outside the clinic, Kiran enjoys hiking, Mat Pilates, teaching yoga, reading, cooking, and creative projects. She also volunteers with a non-profit organization and her love for learning has led her in training to extend Craniosacral Therapy services to babies!
