Gitika is a dedicated physiotherapist and kinesiologist passionate about helping individuals restore movement, function, and confidence following injury. Inspired by her father’s recovery after a motor vehicle accident in 2010, she pursued a career in rehabilitation to support others through their healing journey.
She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and combines her background in kinesiology and personal training to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. Her treatment approach emphasizes functional rehabilitation, movement quality, postural awareness, ergonomic health, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery.
Gitika has additional training in TMJ rehabilitation, RockTape kinesiology taping, and soft tissue release techniques, which she integrates into her clinical practice when appropriate. She is passionate about advocating for her clients’ health and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Known for her empathetic and collaborative approach, she is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing her to connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys following the Vancouver Canucks, discovering local gems around the city, and exploring different cultures through new food spots and travel.
